Specific Duties
- Consolidate the CTRC partnership of 10
(inter)national government and non-government
organisations (Ministry of Forestry, BAPPENAS, IPB,
CIFOR, BIOTROP, WWF,
TNC, WCS,
CI)
- Lead the process to develop recommendations for
institutionalizing the CTRC partnership and
effectively engaging the partners in the operation of
the CTRC
- Develop strategic plan 2006-2010, and annual work
plans; draft annual reports
- Manage and enlarge the partnership portfolio on
institutional capacity building
- Develop off-shore fundraising mechanisms to
establish long-term financial sustainability of the
partnership, and raise $150,000 in the first
year
- Develop proposals for fundraising
- Organize regular Steering Committee meetings and
communicate timely with Steering Committee
members
- Liaise with donors and partners
- Provide technical advice to the staff and
partners with regards to implementation of CTRC
strategies
- Advice in the development and implementation of
the curricula, ensuring alignment with the strategic
plan
