Job description/ToR	Specific duties Feasibility study to captive propagation and reintroduction of Bali Starlings Organisational development (cooperation with and between the Zoological Garden of Surabaya, PHPA [MoF] and the Bali Barat National Park) Negotiation of a Memorandum of Agreement between PHPA and ICBP/AAZPA Develop and implement an Action Plan that includes captive propagation, training and release of Bali Starlings into the wild; ecological field research; public information extension/nature education Design and construction of a Captive Propagation Centre (Surabaya Zoo) and a Pre-Release Training Centre (National Park) Fund-raising
